Here at Bayes we pride ourselves to offer great quality food and service. Every event that Bayes is responsible for will be carried out with fine quality and attention to our guest needs. It is our promise to always give you our best. Bayes offers three different types of catering options below.

IN HOUSE DINNER OPTIONS
Bayes will offer three different options for sit down Lunches and Dinners. (Prices are subject to change )
Bayes can cater small or big events all of our Banquet catering will be priced per person.
GRAB AND GO BOXES AND PANS
Bayes can provide lunch boxes, half pans and full pans. We can also provide a hot box to keep everything warm (Deposit and ID required)
SIT DOWN OPTIONS
Bayes offers a variety of sit down options, each can be adjusted to fit reasonable requests. We will need at least 72 hour notice for any group larger than 30 people. Groups larger than 30 will need to provide 25% of the final cost 48 hours before the event. Tax and Gratuity not included. All sit down options include your choice of our house salad or Caesar salad and dessert.

Chicken Vieux Carre
Grilled chicken breast, Parmesan mashed potatoes, Crawfish and mushroom cream sauce, Mozzarella, Diced red bell peppers.
BBQ Shrimp and Grits
Five jumbo gulf shrimp cooked in a Tasso cream sauce and served over stone ground parmesan grits.
Tender cut of pork seasoned with or house blend of spices. Served with smashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
30 PER PERSON
Tenderloin sliced served with potatoes, vegetables and topped with house made Maderia sauce with mushrooms.
Fried Catfish, Topped with crawfish Étouffée, Served over fries.
Duck and Crawfish Pasta
Pulled duck meat, Crawfish tails, Chicken stock and cream sauce, Penne noodles.
30 PER PERSON
14 oz hand cut Ribeye, seasoned with sage and rosemary and served with parmesan smashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
Fish of the Wharf
Fresh fish grilled, served over Maque Choux topped with BBQ Shrimp.
Duck breast pan seared served medium over a bed of grits with braised spinach. Topped with a Cherry Port Reduction.

The Pans and Half Pans are for carry out or delivery only. Silverware, Plates and delivery cost extra. Please make a note that we will deliver anywhere on the island. The full pan serves 30, half pan serves 15.
